My mother was at Kendallville Manor. It was good. However, with the virus going on right now, we couldn't be with her. The only visitation we had was through the window. That was the only access we had of her. What I saw from the windows looking inside, they had a nice lounge and a small cafeteria area in there. It looked pretty nice. I only met one staff member and she was really nice. It seemed like she really took care of my mom. The day that we left, there were four nurses that helped bring her out and helped her get ready. They were very helpful when she was leaving. I didn't see the meals that she was eating, so I don't know about the food. It's a rehab place where they have exercises. It was laid out on one level, so it looked like it was all accessible very easily.
