This place is falling apart! The staff used to be half way decent but now it’s absolutely disappointing. We moved our family member out of there before things got worse. I actually know about the other comment made about family needing a sitter and family had to pay for this. This was class act taking advantage of a resident! Disgusting! No wonder their census is low! Management seemed like they have no idea how to handle any situations. Staff seemed as if they had just “checked out.” The overall environment felt tense and stressful. I’m so glad we’re not part of that place anymore.

I am so unbelievably disgusted with the things that have come to my attention regarding certain staff of this facility. Be careful and make sure you ask questions before employing any staff as sitters. My grandmother was told she had to pay a sitter to keep my grandfather in the nursing unit. The women she employed under false pretenses harassed her for more hours and more money daily. When we brought this to the attention of higher up staff they assured us this was not their policy and in turn compensated her for the monies she was out. Then when we told other higher ups they said that this is something that other families tend to do but is not required? With so many different people saying different things the whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. In my humble opinion

Good Samaritan was kept good. Mother was in was a double room, and she had a roommate. The food there was good, but I just didn't see a good number of staff.
