"We were very impressed with Lakeside at Mallard Landing. It looked to be just wonderful and we interviewed a few people who lived there, and who were very happy to be there. The dining area looked delightful, was beautifully arranged, and implemented. The menus looked great, and nobody complained about the food. The staff was very accommodating and patient with us. Everybody was very pleasant. What impressed me is that everybody seemed to be very happy there. The appearance was very elegant."

"The new and beautiful cottages for the independent residents are spacious and designed especially for seniors. I moved in August 2024. Commonwealth Senior Living is a company that truly cares about their residents. In my opinion, Commonwealth Senior Living has integrity and follow through with their mission's statement. I am so grateful for this clean and quiet environment. The Executive Director, Nisha and the Activity Director, Laura have gone over and beyond the call of duty to provide an excellent home for seniors. The staffers are very friendly and helpful. I thank God that I found a wonderful place to live. I am proud to call Commonwealth of Salisbury my new home."

"What I like the most about The Woodlands of Ocean Pines is that the front desk is very friendly and the activities that they have seem to be great. My relative lives in the assisted living and the residents there have a lot of options for them to do. They have a movie room, a puzzle room, a very pretty dining room, a game room, a card room, and a convenient hair salon. Before COVID, they had trips to the grocery store, but they might be starting that up again. They also do bingo and church services. The only thing is the nursing staff usually responds to me, but not promptly, and if you have somebody who needs help with showering but is resistant, they don't have the staff to deal with that."

"We have been residents here at The Parke at Ocean Pines for about 10 years now, and we are enjoying it. It is a nice neighborhood. It's quiet, sometimes. The staff is great. They do anything that we need. We have enjoyed the recreation, the ambiance, and the friends that we've made. They have the clubhouse where the meetings are held and where the offices are located. There is a ballroom, a weight room, and there is a swimming pool. They have bingo and poker. They take care of the outside and the trimming of the edges and the mowing of the lawns, but we have a community for living and they help us out with a lot of rides and things like that. There's a bulletin that goes once a month, and there's a very good rumor mill, so we keep up with these things. We have a private home, it's about 1700 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, but we use one for guests and one for our computer. It's a good place to live."

"I went to Homes at Gateway Village 62+. I like the fact that the apartments are like little private homes. And, I like the fact that the staff was friendly. But when I originally went to do my tour, they closed early. So, I didn't like that. It says they closed at 4:00 but they were closed around 3:45, so I don't like that. But other than that, that's it. I only got a chance to see a model home that seemed to be pretty clean. It looks like it's renovated, so it does look like it's a little updated. I saw the eating room. I saw the, I don't know if it was a pool, but I got a chance to look in the window because like I said they were closing early, so the light was off. But I did get a chance to peek in the window. It seemed to be clean and nice."
