My mother-in-law was admitted from an independent senior living to RBNH for more individualized care. The entire staff from the admission process to social services to her daily interaction with therapists, nurses and adjunct staff has been wonderful. Going through this process while living outside the US could not have been made more pleasant and reassuring for us. She is thriving, happy and we know she is getting the medical care she needs. At 91,Iam confident that RB is adding quality time to her remaining years.

My brother was in River Bluff Nursing Home. The staff was outstanding, very caring, professional, and responsive. Great communication. I felt that they cared about my brother, and I felt very confident in their care, especially as he entered the last three days of his life, they were just phenomenal in the support that they gave us. The food was about what you'd expect from a nursing home with Medicaid beds. I don't think it was bad, but it isn't 5-star food. It was spacious and very clean. It's an older building, but they've done a lot to keep it looking professional and clean. The size of the rooms and layout were good, and they made sure he had a private room during his last three days before his death, so I thought it was reasonable.

My daughter moved into River Bluff Nursing Home. The staff seems to have a genuine interest in the patients. My daughter feels very comfortable and relaxed. That's where she wants to be, a nursing home. It is an environment where she feels safe. The rooms look quite regular. It's not a new place. It's an old place, but it's not dilapidated. It's just kind of like a hospital. My daughter said the food is very good. They do have activities. My daughter participated in a baseball game. It's a card game. I don't know exactly what it was. And then, yesterday, she participated in a game called Wheel of Fortune.

River Bluff Nursing Home is a very good institution. It meets all the requirements and codes. My wife is taking part in activities a little bit more than she did. She is having some difficulty walking, but they take care of her very well. The price is very reasonable for the care they're giving her there. She has to share a smaller room with another patient, but we are going to move her to a private room. We're waiting for the room to be reconditioned to move her into that. The staff has been very good, but I had a little bit of a problem with a few of their new hires. The facility is above average. The meals are served to the patients.

My mother was in River Bluff nursing home. Everyone was very friendly and loved my mom. My younger sister lived nearby, so they contacted her if anything happened. They corresponded with my sister and kept her informed on any medication that was being changed or about my mom's condition. We were happy with the care that she received. I couldn’t ask for any better.

My loved one is in River Bluff Nursing Home. It is pretty nice. They have all kinds of activities, and all kinds of stuff. The staff is very caring. The rooms and grounds are nice. The neighborhood is good. They have bingo and stuff going on all the time. I absolutely will recommend the community.
