At each community, we have an Activities Director who implements daily activities that help keep our resident's engaged and to promote mental and social stimulation. Our activities are resident based and will include both staff members and resident family members alike.

Each of our communities has a Wellness Coordinator to assesses resident's health and cognitive functioning. Each resident receives a yearly care plan and monthly services plans to ensure each resident is receiving quality care at all time based on their ability and disease. These are updated on a routine basis as changes in care needs take place.

At Willowbrook, we encourage our staff to eat with the residents like you would eat with your family. They are our family! Meals are served at the same time and this also is used for cueing of residents on eating habits to maintain their health and well-being.
