Hopefully this review helps other families when searching for a place for their loved one. My wife and I have been looking for the right time but more importantly the right place for my Mother. We wanted to make it known that the communication and follow up by the Director has been very comforting. We have not been overwhelmed by emails, calls or messages. The Director, actually, listened to us and delivered exactly how we wanted to proceed with communications and further discussions for finding a facility for my mother. Curtesy and professionalism at its finest. He also provided us with expectations during this process and that, for us, shows accountability. This whole situation has been emotionally exhausted but this community, the few staff we met and Director have been very accommodating. You do not experience this type of customer service anymore. Thank you - Rosie and Carmie

Community was recently renovated and is beautiful cutting the "fluff." You could tell their focus is on quality. Food/Menu provided seemed 5 star and was very well put together in comparison to other places I looked into. Employees and their Executive Director are very nice, informative and knowledgeable. I worked with Tim every step of the way, and as their Executive Director and he was always available whenever needed, which was a true comfort. If I had a question about this community or in general, Tim would always be available. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, both of my parents were unable to move into this community as they past away within 2 weeks of each other. Because of my experience with this community I felt obligated to share.

My father was a resident at the King Home assisted living facility for several years. The staff was consistently friendly and supportive to both him and his family. The King Home provides various opportunities for the residents such as concerts and field trips, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations and always treats the residents with respect and courtesy. The medical staff is qualified and competent as is the administrative staff. Although the quality of the food and the thoroughness of the housekeeping could be improved, both are more than adequate. The residents' apartments are small but sunny and pleasant, and the common areas of the facility are cheerful and well maintained. Meals are served in a spacious dining room, and there's an outdoor sitting area for use in warmer weather. The staff is very communicative with the residents' families about their well-being and is very helpful in providing for individual needs. The King Home is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants
