I was in Heritage Health - Bloomington for a couple of months. The staff was wonderful. The accommodations were very nice and clean. The food was not wonderful. I had a suite, and it was lovely, very nice, and clean. It had its own bathroom, big closet, hospital bed, and recliner chair. They were very, very accommodating for physical therapy. They had a great gym for working out and working on your therapy needs. I stayed in the therapy part. There's also a residential part. The staff was just wonderful. They took good care, of me, they were on top of all my medical and social needs. They were delightful.

The care of my Mother in this facility was very lax. The attendants were more intent on their socializing than in the care of the residents. Several times I found my Mother not properly clothed in cold weather and I found her in a wheel chair needing assistance and the attendants just walking by. Would not recommend this place.
