The Renaissance was the worst facility. My dad was in that facility for a week or so. You can never find the staff, and a lot of things were stolen. Dad’s room was very barren, ugly, and cold. They just put him in there with no interaction. They should have more staff to client ratio considering it was a home for Alzheimer’s. The only thing they have in place are door locks. It was a horrible experience.
