"My visit was great at Legacy House of Logan. They were very wonderful. We had lunch there, and my parents really enjoyed it. It was very small, cozy, clean, and nice, and it didn't seem like a hospital at all. They do have activities, which they told us about. They take them places. They have a nurse on duty all the time that checks on them. "

"They do not have kitchenettes or a spa room, I'm not sure why it says they do. Some of the CNA's give medication, which I'm not sure if they should or not. It is really clean and tidy though. "

"Visiting the Terrace Grove Assisted Living Center each time has been a worthy experience. Each time I have visited, I have gone to perform music with my wife for the residents. They have good facilities for concerts and programs in multiple places in the building. With a part time music therapist, and a full time recreation therapist, residents are treated well with multiple opportunities to get out of their rooms and socialize with other residents.For physical therapy, all I have heard is good about the resources they have (some sort of fitness and aquatic center for the residents).From what I have noticed with my own concerts there and seeing calendars of events, the residents have many options of things to participate in. There is always food available to the residents to eat a snack whenever they wish. This food is also available to guests who come to visit their family who is there. "

"Maple Springs of North Logan was like a five-star luxury resort. It was bright and spacious. There's a movie theater and dining facilities, and separate from that is a bistro. There are gardens for the residents to plant and harvest from. All the hallways and the rooms have natural lighting. It's bright and clean. They're well-staffed and it's been there a little more than a year."

"I choose this facility because of the small family environment. My dad loved living here in the 2 years he was alive. The staff was attentive to his needs. They showed him and the other residents love and kindness. They have allot of fun field trips and monthly parties that the whole family is invited to attend. The food is good and myself and children could come in and share a meal with him. They took care of the laundry and haircuts which was a plus. Lds church ward is great there!"

"I have my husband at Birch Creek Assisted Living of Smithfield because it's just close to home. It's a new and clean place. He is in the memory care, and they have people that care and follow the rules. It's gorgeous and organized. They have a contract with a company that offers physical therapy, etc. They have exercise equipment. They do swimming, and they take them on trips to different places around the valley."

"Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living was very nice. They were very accommodating. The upkeep was good. It just wasn't top-notch like the other place. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They had studio apartments and one-bedroom and both of them were very nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. They even followed up with me after a couple of weeks to see how things were going. I have not tried their food, but the cafeteria looked very nice, and their menu looked nice."

"Bee Hive Homes of Perry is probably about a little over three years old. It is very well kept and maintained. The staff is very congenial. From what I can tell, they are taking very good care of my father. The rooms and apartments are very adequate. They have three planned physical activities per day, and they have outings scheduled once a week. "
