My mother-in-law is at Maple Springs of North Logan. It's very homey, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It's quite a bit bigger than I thought it would be. It has quite a large living room kitchen area, and a big bathroom, and a nice bedroom. She says she likes the food. She hasn't been involved there because of the COVID, but they have a good activities program. They have a beauty shop, a foot guy comes in once a month, and they have a library and a big theater room. There is another place here in town that's quite a bit more expensive and has tiny rooms.

Maple Springs of North Logan was beautiful. It just didn't smell very nice, so I was not a fan to start with. I couldn't tell if it was bodily fluids or something, but it didn't smell very good. I made an appointment twice, and they were never there, and no one else could do it, so I did not go back. So I'm not sure what's inside of the rooms. They just didn't show up when they said they will. The place was very nice at least that I could wander and see. They never took me into the room, but they let people's rooms open, which I did not like.

The facility is nice and it's clean; the staff are generally friendly. However, there isn't enough staff available or they're not completely trained. A few times each week, the food arrives very late and at room temperature. My Mom is bedridden, and on many occasions after pushing the alert button, she has waited for over an hour for aides to show up. She's generally a very patient person, but she has been upset about this on the last few occasions because it's becoming more frequent.

The thing that stood out the most at Maple Springs of North Logan was the fact that they had the most activities of all the places. They had a variety of activities. They had a gardening situation. They had an art room where they had different arts available. They had a movie theater. They had a big room that if your family came, they could come and join in. I only met the person that I was dealing with. She was knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions, and introduced us to a few different people. As far as the staff I interacted with, they were fine. They had big windows and had a lot of light. In the memory care area, they had a garden and a place where they could stroll safely. The facility was clean. They took precautions as far as they took your temperature and whatnot. They are still being cautious as to who was coming into the building.

My mother is at Maple Springs of North Logan to do occupational and all kinds of therapies to help her on her own again. They have great rooms, great people, and I really like the staff. The resident to staff ratio is good, and my mom is at a private room there. They have great food and dining room.

Maple Springs of North Logan was like a five-star luxury resort. It was bright and spacious. There's a movie theater and dining facilities, and separate from that is a bistro. There are gardens for the residents to plant and harvest from. All the hallways and the rooms have natural lighting. It's bright and clean. They're well-staffed and it's been there a little more than a year.

Maple Springs of North Logan is a very good place. The rooms are nice, and the staff is learning. Our experience has been good so far. There are a few hitches here and there which are normal for a new place, but they seem to handle things pretty well. They do some crafts and church activities. It is a beautiful new building, it's very clean, and some construction is still going on outside.

My mom was in Maple Springs of North Logan for a month. The whole staff is just amazing, from the director all the way down to the people who keep it clean. They couldn't do more for me. They were caring, compassionate, and helpful. The place is very well kept. If my mom had a fall, it didn't matter what time of day or night, they would call me and let me know exactly everything that had happened. They kept me so informed of everything with her care and they were constantly right there with her. They would go in and check on her every 10 or 15 minutes at night. They were extremely great and so good. I've never seen care as good as this. It was just wonderful. They were so good with everybody, so kind and patient. I just couldn't believe those young ladies because they were just awesome.

My mom stayed at Maple Springs for about 10 days. It was for a respite stay. The community was good. The rooms and amenities were very good. The food looked good too.
