"My mother stayed at Thatcher Brook Rehabilitation Care Center for rehab. It's an excellent facility. I would highly recommend them. They had an outdoor area, clean rooms, and really great staff. The food was good. She went to speech therapy and physical therapy every day except Sunday."

"This place did wonders with my husband--he fell and broke his hip and was at another location and they did not get him out of bed. I brought him to Song and they got him out of bed the same day of admission and he walked out less than a month later and is doing well. I couldnt thank the staff enough! "

"I was in this facility for one week after a three day stay in the hospital after a fall off a 20 foot ladder. I entered Stonehenge with a broken back, severe trauma, and unable to walk from the fall. Initially I needed assistance to stand and to take care of basic needs. The staff was always a call button away to help with any physical need. Pat, the nutritional specialist personally shopped to accommodate some special requests. Amanda, and Emily, the occupational and physical therapists were professional and personable. All of the staff went out of their way to show kindness and respect not only to me but all those they served. I can’t see how the staff of any facility could show more personal care, professionalism, and consideration than what I was shown. Hats off to the staff of Stonehenge. The room was new, spacious and clean. At night the door needed to be opened a crack for good air flow. Overall, the quality of food, new clean spacious room, and the amazing staff I give Stonehenge five stars. "

"At Pine View Transitional Rehab, they only take transitional, not full-time, people. They have really good food. My girlfriend was actually there after a hip replacement for physical therapy. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were phenomenal and looked like Hilton rooms. They’re very nice, but they’re just for short-time stays, so they didn’t meet my needs because I was looking for full time. "

"I have really appreciated the staff. There are a couple that have been outstanding but I don't remember names. Eric and Thomas are RNs, and most of the CNAs have been very exemplary in their work. When I call and ask questions, they are good at giving me information. "

"We really like Manor Care. They were very friendly and very helpful, and I thought they were nice. It was clean, and I liked that it was very spacious. When you first walked in and they got the birds, I really liked that. It was awesome. The rooms were bigger and spacious. "

"The rooms there are big and spacious with high ceilings compared to many others. Staff was incredible when i was there. There is an awseome solarium with a coy pond for the residents to relax and enjoy some quiet time. They also have a big theater room that is pretty awesome for big activities and movies that they show over there. The food is really good. i have eaten there several times with my father and was really suprised by the flavor and variety of chocies offered."

"Everything at Harrison Pointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation seemed to be in order, and the staff is friendly. My sister is in a shared room there. This place is like a rest home that she's living in. They have a good activity program, they have a salon, physical therapy, and an exercise room. The cost is covered by Medicare."

"The staff at Lomond Peak care and rehab was excellent. The administrator, I believe his name was Craig was extremely friendly to myself and my family as we toured the facility. He walked with us and introduced all of us to his staff members. He showed us the rooms which were very clean. We saw the dining room during a meal and the food looked and smelled good. The facility was also very clean and organized. They seemed to be very skilled and appeared to have the latest technologies to provide excellent level of care. However, we ultimately decided against it because the distance was too far for many family members who like to visit. If I had a friend who happened to live near Ogden, Utah I would definitely suggest this facility for there loved one. I did hear that they have new ownership now so I am not sure if things have changed since we toured it in May 2012. "

"I was very impressed and highly satisfied with all the staff at the home. They treated my brother with respect and kindness up to the day of his passing. I would be proud to recommend this home to anyone who is considering residing there. Lots of entertainment at the home plus bus trips to different places. The staff was always there when he needed help of any kind. Rooms were clean and comfortable with cable tv."

"I am a resident of Avalon Care Center - Bountiful. They are doing everything possible to help me out. I go to therapy twice a week and it's excellent. The staff was very caring and very thoughtful. I've got a room with a TV, a hospital bed, and my own bath. The staff is very cognizant of your situation, and each person's situation is different. They tried hard to make sure you get the attention that you need."

"My mother has been in North Canyon Care Center for a couple of months now, and it seems to be going fairly well. It's an older building, but it's pretty well maintained. They keep it clean, and it's right up by the mountain, so the views are good. They could probably improve on their communication to the family, not necessarily to the patient. Everything else is fine. It doesn't smell bad, and it doesn't smell like urine. "

"Located off Orchard Drive and 5th west in Bountiful, Utah, this facility has been improved upon over the past few years. Many of the residents have lived here for quite some time. Despite all appearance, we always felt it was one step above being in prison. The nursing staff put in long hours and most are extremely overworked. At times, they appear to ignore the residents and the way that I've witnessed the staff speak to these residents has made me wonder how they got their jobs. However, this said, the nursing staff does take its job seriously and do ensure that health is of the utmost importance. Even if the nursing staff doesn't interact more with the residents than they get paid to, the residents themselves seem to interact well with each other. If you're looking for a nursing home with a close knit residential community, it's a great atmosphere. If you're looking for highly paid health care professionals who are patient and not overworked, you might want to look somewhere else. "

"There are many conflicting things with this facility. The staff seem very kind and say all the right words, but they all seem to say the same words, as if they're rehearsed. I have a friend who used to be at this facility who I could never seem to contact. She had recently sustained a fall and I've been worried about her. I've tried calling her and arranging a visit, but nothing seemed to work. So one day I just stopped by. obviously I surprised the staff, but not in a good way. When I got in to see my friend, she was not taken care of nearly as well I'd hoped. Her bed linens were dirty and she had soiled herself because nobody was there to assist her. She's a proud woman and she was extremely upset. Obviously I apprised the family of the situation and they moved her at once. This facility, unfortunately, has disappointed me. "

"My grandma lost her husband 5 years ago to lung cancer, and ever since then she hasn't been quite right. As a family, we toured several facilities in the area and ultimately decided on admitting her to the Federal Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. We couldn't be happier with our decision to take Grandma here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide meals, activities, and help with household chores like laundry and washing dishes. Grandma's neighbors and friends in the facility are all great and fun people and make it a positive environment for everyone. They have an official shuttle that they use to bring the seniors to activites like bingo, farmkers markets, swap meets, and other fun activites so everyone isn't cooped up all the time. For the money, it is a very worthwhile place to consider taking your loved ones for an assisted living center. Everyone loves coming to visit Grandma now! "
