Rooms are dirty, drugs are used in facility. Cnas don't care will leave lights on for long periods. They talk down to you. If you bring it up to management they don't care. Glad I moved

Food is average. Rooms are small and are dirty. Rarely cleaned. Staff is terrible, with a capital T. Management is a joke. Staff turnover is very high. It seems like they are training someone new all the time. My health has suffered since being here. The first chance I get, I will make sure I notify the news media to do a story on how terrible this place is. The state needs to do an investigation of this place. It needs to be shut down. Don't send anyone here. Unless they want to be treated very poorly, and have their health get worse. Avoid this place like the plague.

If you care about your family member don't send them here. The so called patient advocate told me there was no way she was going to let me incur a bill, my ins paid them like 46,000.00 now they are trying to charge me another 16,000.00 for me sleeping on a bare rubber mattress with a tiny blanket that didn't cover me. I had to remove my own trays. The rooms were filthy. So I left before I was ready to go home. I had a stroke. The only reason I went there was for skilled nursing what a joke.

Content: My husband went to the Crestwood Care Center, before he passed away. I’ll be quite honest; the experience was very nasty. When they pressed the call button, it’s like probably 30 minutes before they get there. My husband would always have to call me, and I would have to call the front desk. The front desk never answers their phone, and I would have to keep calling over, and over, and over to get any help. So that’s my complaint. And the reason why we chose them is because they had no COVID cases. His food was always cold and his laundry was always lost. It just took forever to get any help. They always told him that they were short-staffed. Well, that's not his problem, that’s not my problem, you need to hire more people. But I know that’s going to cut into your bottom line, so you’re probably not going to hire more people. The one time he was having a low blood sugar attack, of course he couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I tried for 15 minutes to get somebody on the phone, and I could not reach anybody. So I was on my way over there to knock on the door to tell them “hey, get up there”. And I told them when we had a conference call I said “Next time, I will call 911”. So I’m not happy with them at all. I would never recommend this place to anybody’s enemy, let alone their loved one.

Right Now I Would Stay Away From This Place. They Are Only Putting Only One Aid and One Nurse On The Floor At A Time. People Are Not Getting The Care They Need. One Nurse Just Last Night Said She Doesn't Understand What There Thinking She Can Barely Get Everybody's Meds Out Let Alone Do The Dressing Changes And Other Stuff People Need. She Said She Wishes She Wouldn't Of Come To Work Here Because She Hates Seeing People Not Getting The Care The Need. SO I WOULD DEFINITELY THINK TWICE AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME BEFORE SENDING SOMEONE HERE THAT YOU LOVE

Crestwood Care center was small, the staff was not attentive, and people were lined up in the hallways in wheelchairs. It’s everything you imagined if your grandparents were in a nursing home -- the nightmare. The atmosphere was awful, it had small rooms, and it smelled. However, it was one of the most inexpensive places.

Crestwood wasn’t very spacious, and the rooms were small. It’s a little nursing home and older, but they were very nice, courteous, and helpful people.

My sister is doing therapy in Crestwood, and it was OK. The therapy is very good, and she is sharing a room with a lady. She is so picky. She doesn’t like anything they serve. She said that the food is always cold when she gets eat, and we told her to tell them to warm it up. She is stubborn.
