Bee Hive Homes of Perry is probably about a little over three years old. It is very well kept and maintained. The staff is very congenial. From what I can tell, they are taking very good care of my father. The rooms and apartments are very adequate. They have three planned physical activities per day, and they have outings scheduled once a week.

It's nice and clean. This place is memory care and a "locked down" facility. It's got a nice feel from the outside and the people seem really friendly that work there, the activities are good but there aren't many and my neighbor thinks the food is really bad. Overall all it's a nice facility, it could just use some more social activities and a new chef. If you aren't needing a locked up and fully fenced facility because your loved one wanders than try somewhere more social, if you strictly need memory care than this is a good option.
