The food is terrible, mainly frozen and over processed. Staff is hit or miss. Afternoon staff for the building I'm in is horrible. Admin is so so (process my payments incorrectly, unable to manage meds well - I'm out of one or anther most days -) some staff members are incredible, but they don't run the show. Last night I got called to the house phone to be "spoke at" by an admin for having strawberries in my room without a fridge. I have no strawberries in my room, staff (in charge of our meals) doesn't know the difference between strawberries and plums... like I need to deal with this late at night. Put a camera in your relatives room!

I am a relative of a resident. I am so impressed with the loving care and the compassion of the Elegant staff. The building is beautiful and kept immaculately clean.

The staff and management at Elegant have always gone above and beyond for my family. We love the open door policy and the management has even gave us their personal phone numbers to contact them at if we ever have any concerns. I would go anywhere else.

Horrible horrible employees and manager. If you have a loved one that needs any help at all go somewhere else! Disgusted with the customer service. We as a family are struggling enough without their incompetence.

Medical Proffessional

Patient had a doctor's appointment. She was dropped of a the corner and didn't know where to go. Someone finally picked her up after she missed the appointment. We asked for assistance from the staff for her for the next appointments. They said they didn't do that.
