My mom was here twice for rehab. The staff and management was wonderful. They have the best rehab I have seen. I am a nurse and have seen a lot of different facilities. This is by far the best I have seen. Thank you all for all you did for my mom. God Bless.

If you have a family member that is diabetic I encourage you to find another facility! 20 days of rehab for a hip fracture and my loved one was sent out with both feet extremely damaged!! We have spent 2 years healing one bad foot and now both are in terrible shape!! Their wound care is insufficient and incompetent!! My loved had boots sent from the hospital that were not put on him nor was the one wound he had dressed until I pitched a fit! I was told they had wound care that had just looked at it. I am not a Dr. nor a nurse and I have treated his wounds for two years and in 20 days they set us back more than 2 years!! They also kept his boots and advised my loved one that they belonged to them.. they did not they were sent from the hospital he has open wounds and they will wash them for someone else to use. Terrible upset about the lack of care and compassion for the elderly!! This place should be responsible for medical bills for however long it takes to heel what they created by not doing their job!!!

Fantastic physical and occupational therapists. Great caregivers. The food is good. The rooms are plenty spacious enough. Good all around.

I came to Rome Health & Rehab for Rehab after breaking my knee. They were very welcoming. The staff is friendly, caring and attentive to patient needs. When not in rehab I participated in bingo, cooking class & having refreshments on the front porch. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing assistance.

The staff at Rome Health and Rehab have taken great care of my mother. She was very anxious about going to a rehab setting and when that turned into long-term care for her, it was a tough transition. But everyone here has become like family to her and us, and we are grateful for the care they give her, but mostly for the love they show while doing it!!
