"Interim Healthcare provided help for my dad. It was very good. We started with them in November 2020. It was for a very short period of time, maybe two weeks or so. The caregivers were excellent. They were very cooperative and did everything that we asked them to do. They were on time and they assisted Dad in everything that he needed. He was very sick with Covid and he was in hospice. The hospice wasn't able to be with him daily and he was trying to get out of bed all the time, so we needed somebody to stay with him. Because of his Alzheimer's we needed them to explain to him that he couldn't be getting out of bed. We needed caregivers to assist him if he needed to go to the bathroom and things like that. They assisted probably some of the nurse aides there at where he was staying. For us, they were also very helpful because it was during the time where they wouldn't allow us to go in there because of Covid and I was especially appreciative because the nurse aide would call me every night and would let me talk to Dad, and that was the only way I was able to talk to him. He actually died during that time that he was there and they were there with him. If they had not been there, I wouldn't have been able to talk to him every day, so that was something I really appreciated about their care."
