I had high hopes for Pink Hart after talking with Fouzi for about 30 minutes she was very nice and interested in helping us with our 97 year-old mother who needs very minimal care. We set up an appointment a week in advance for 6 o’clock on Tuesday. She confirmed the appointment and we thought we were all set. I had to take off work early and drive a hour and a half to get to my mother‘s house. My sister also took off work early so that she could be there for the introduction meeting. 6 o’clock came and went then 7 o’clock came and I finally sent her a text asking if she was still coming with no response 730 came and I called her and it went right to her voicemail. No response. I looked at my text this morning at 9 o’clock in the morning and I noticed that she did read my text at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning and still did not have the professional courtesy to respond to my text. I would not recommend these people , if they can’t keep a meeting then how would their caregivers respond? Would they not be dependable because obviously the owner of the company is not dependable to keep a meeting very unprofessional give her a zero in my bookno I didn’t. day before We had the meeting set up 6 o’clock 7 o’clock came and went. I texted her and asked her she was still coming and no response. I called her phone. It rang and rang and went white to voicemail. No response. She never responded to me to say that she wasn’t gonna be able to make it even after I sent her a text and a phone call and left a message. she finally read my message on Wednesday, August 27 at 9:30 in the morning and still did not respond to me explaining why she didn’t show up and keep her appointment I would not recommend to anyone I would give them a zero in my book

Latoya is very responsive. She was one of the first agencies to actually come out to my home to sit and talk to me about my needs. She even offered advice on different things that could help me even if I didn’t decide to go with her company. I did decide to hire her company on and I’ve always been pleased with the service my caregivers provide. Her pricing was more reasonable than the other companies I looked into. I’ve been very pleased so far. I would definitely recommend her services.

Pink hearts has been absolutely amazing! Kind, professional and goes above and beyond to make my Aunt feel comfortable. The caregiver has been great with keeping up with meds and some personal care. Makes my Aunt feel like she is family and not just another client.
