I have been using Right at Home for over a year. They are reliable and very helpful. I like that they go over and above. I can't think of anything that I don't like about them. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always there if I need them. When I call, somebody is always picking up the phone. Their billing schedule is great. They are very flexible with their scheduling.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. Right at home took care of my father for years. They were excellent. I never had a problem of anyone not showing up. They are always very caring and loved my father. They took him riding in car just to get out/doctor’s appointments and did his baths, etc. They were “great”. The staff in the office is great also.

We've been very pleased with the service provided. Dad seems comfortable with his caregiver, which is a big plus. The days she comes is quite frankly a big relief to me. I know dad will be clean, fed and safe until I arrive. I also absolutely love/appreciate the house cleaning our caregiver provides. So nice to come home to a clean house.

I appreciate the help. The help it is to have the lady come in, do my washing and clean the house. She is very nice and considerate. I'm in my late 90s and have a hearing problem. Her voice is very strong. She doesn't seem to mind repeating the necessary number of times.
