The director of Poplar Creek Senior Care was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain everything. He was just a super nice guy. It's kind of a small sort of homey place. It had a nice atmosphere. The common areas, living room areas, and visiting areas are very homey. They had traditional furnishing. It did not have any odor. It smelled nice. It was a pleasant atmosphere. We looked at some rooms. They don't have any availability currently, so the rooms that we peeked in were occupied. We got a good sense of the layout of the rooms, the size, and how much you could bring in there. Everybody was very friendly, welcoming, pleasant, and personable.

My mother-in-law has moved into Poplar Creek Estates. We think it's great. We love that it is small, and the employees are very nice. Her room is nice and spacious. They have some activities.
