We moved into LaGrange Heritage Senior Living. The curbs were too high. You couldn't get up the curbs. There was a bump into the garage. You had to step up to get into the apartment, and the bathrooms were too small for seniors. You could not get a walker and an electric chair in it. They're just not senior-made. The cabinets are too high, the bathroom vanity is too low and too small, and who would give a handicapped place a bathtub for old people? Old people can't get in a bathtub. The staff lied. I paid monthly for cable TV and was there for nine months and never got it. I asked them to repaint the walls. Somebody had touched up the wrong color paint. I asked them, but they never did it. They lied and said it would be done the following week. They lied a lot and never did anything for you that you asked them to. Three neighbors told me the same story. They had been there from the beginning and still didn't have cable TV, but they paid for it. It's a big facility, and their offices and the dining room were very clean.
