Lakes of Gainesville

We visited the assisted living facility of Lakes of Gainesville and I really liked it. It's a small one, so people get to know each other better. They had different-sized rooms, the place was clean, and the people were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying each other. It seemed like a very welcoming community. The place looked nice. It had a little courtyard with lots of good bushes. The landscaping was nice, and the room and everything were clean. The person who gave the tour was very helpful and very nice. She was great.

I toured the Lakes of Gainesville. The person who gave the tour, Whitney, was very nice and helpful, and she gave an appropriate tour. The apartments were clean and very nice. They were appropriate for what we wanted. They had activities for the residents. We didn't see any because we weren't there when they were doing anything, but I saw the print. They had common areas like a library and an exercise room. I had no problem parking. They had a very nice courtyard. The staff did a great job.

I toured Lakes of Gainesville, and that was nice. It was just priced higher. It was funny. They even had a happy hour on Thursdays. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was informative. He took me around and showed us everything. It was clean. It has a nice giant chandelier and a fireplace. It looked like it was well-kept. The indoors and the grounds were clean.

Lakes at Gainesville Assisted Living is pleasant and peaceful. Everyone is friendly. It's clean. The staff are very informative. They have stayed in touch. They are updating the rooms. They're very nice and very up to date. They're doing very well with it. They haven't been owned by this company very long, but you can tell they are improving it, updating things, freshening things up, and so forth. They have a salon, and they have a courtyard. They're developing gardens for the residents to be able to use. It's not a very big facility, so there's not a whole lot. They are active. I was told that they have outings. I've received a couple of invitations to some activities they have there, if I can get my mom there; unfortunately, we're not able to do that. Even not being a resident, they have informed us of some activities.

What an awesome facility! All of the staff is caring and always happy to be around. Their dedication to the residents is so appreciated by our family.

The staff is excellent to my mother-in-law. They'd come at any time she wants them to come. Her room and the food are very nice. We picked this facility for her because it is close to where we live and very convenient for us. She has a little dementia and she feels comfortable there. It's just a small, one-floor building, so it's easy for her to get around.
