The Hudson House, LLC is a good place. My mom's room is clean and well maintained. The staff is very caring and very attentive. We've chosen this place for her because from the get go, they seemed very nice. My mom likes it. That is one reason why we're there. She also likes the food, and I think they do a lot of bingo.

I'm very happy with The Hudson House. It's affordable and anything they think I need to know, they call me. They're direct and upfront. It used to be a nursing home, and it's laid out good, it's safe, and there are no steps. The staff is very good, reliable and very professional. The accommodations are standard and average in size. They share a bathroom, there are two twin beds, and there is still room to move around and sit. They're very clean. The food looks really good and they have a chef that cooks every day, so it's not just packaged processed food. They're trustworthy, and they have lots of activities for my mother.

The Hudson House felt like home. Everyone there from the owner down to the maintenance staff was very helpful, sweet, nice, and they all include themselves in their daily living. The place doesn't hold a whole lot of people so that's why I like it. My mom has a roommate and she's with people her own age. They're very accommodating. The dining area is great, not big, but big enough. It has four chairs apiece on it and it's accommodating to people in wheelchairs. The food is good and there are home-cooked meals. They get three meals a day plus two snacks a day also. They take them out on a bus and they go to town to shop. They play Bingo and games in the facility. We're allowed to get Mom and take her to church and spend the night with us if she wants to do that. Theyre remodeling and once they finish, every room is going to be fantastic. The price is very reasonable.
