We visited Camellia Oaks. It's a fifty-five-plus community, it's brand new, and they're in Tallahassee. I think they already have sold sixty-something homes. It's just a year old, but they've already finished phase one of the building process. The staff was cordial and seemed friendly. We met some people as we went in and out, and they seemed very friendly. They have a clubhouse, a gym, and a lap pool. There's also a small lake there, so there were folks fishing, and there are walking trails. They've also just started a yoga class and some type of arts and crafts. They're all individual homes with some duplexes, and they all have open areas. It's also very close to a hospital, a Costco, a Walmart, and a TVS, so it's convenient for things that you would need.
