"My mom has just moved in a facility called Sterling House. The place is all right. It is clean. It is a place for memory impaired individuals and also for those needing regular assisted living. They have them mixed together and they're not separated, which is good, I think. They have plenty of staff there and they are very helpful. They were helpful in getting my mom over there. With regards to amenities, because my mom is memory impaired, she really isn't able to enjoy any of them so far. "

"Our experience with Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach has been good. They have regular exercises. Mom also goes to physical therapy and occupational therapy. They have games, reading, someone comes in and plays music at least once a week, there's a monthly family night, and arts and crafts. She gets three meals a day plus snacks. They take her if she needs to go somewhere, like shopping or doctors' appointments. It's really clean. I really like it. She's been there for about two years, but she was in the independent living section. She moved into their assisted living program recently."

"Superior Residences of Panama City Beach was very, very nice. They offered so many programs, and I can't even imagine that my loved one would need anything else. I liked the fact that there's a little pond out there with ducks and chickens outside, and that's very nice. A lot of the places are being renovated, and they're looking nice, too. The staff who gave the tour was wonderful. She was very warm, caring, and very sensitive to our questions. We liked her. We also looked at the dining area, and it was very nice, very warm and inviting."

"What I like best about Mathison Retirement Community is that it was very beautiful. The living quarters were wonderful and the dining room had white tablecloths. It was very, very clean. You had your own apartment and a mini room where you could have your personal belongings. It was very, very nice. It was all connected to one building."

"My father is in BeeHive Homes of Lynn Haven. It's been excellent. It's a 20-room facility, and it's clean, everybody has their own room, and they have adequate staff. They will come in and talk to the residents and entertain them. They hold church services, they have TVs and group sessions, and they have a physical therapist who comes in and works with them. Everything's good. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are adequate sized and clean. They provide you with furniture, internet, and cable TV, and the bathrooms are big, clean, and well kept. The living atmosphere is very positive. They have a barber that comes once a week and transportation. The food looked very appetizing and smells very good. They have games, arts, drawing, cards, musicians come in and do Christian music for them, and e are thergroup exercises. It's very well maintained."
