My sister lives here and it is absolutely breathe taking. The staff is so pleasant and always there when you need them. The cook is amazing, the flavor in her food is just to die for. When you walk in it doesn't feel like an ALF it feels like home. It literally is all about the residents there.

I toured Our Home at Beacon Hill. It was clean. It was organized. They had access to three meals a day. The private rooms were OK. The staff was really great and answered all our questions. I had a good experience with them. Beacon Hill is just five minutes from my house, so it's ideal for me to take care of my mother, but it's the only one I've looked at. The staff was good. We've talked a little bit about the grounds and all that good stuff. It wasn't dirty, but I think it could have been a little bit better. It's got some of the old air conditioners up against the wall, that kind of thing.

We are going here. Compared to the others, it is quite small, very homey, and very comfortable. You feel like a family there. The staff is very educated. They have been there for a long time. The person who does all the food preparation has been there for sixteen years. They keep their help for a long time, so everybody must be happy. They seem to care, and they bend a little bit, which is not noticeable at other, larger places. Being small has advantages and disadvantages, but everything seems to be in our favor. As little as I know of the staff, I would say they're top notch. It is a different type of place where they wear many hats to help each other out.

It seemed to be a good facility for my sister. It’s clean and the food is very good. The rooms are very nice too. The staff seems to be caring and outgoing. They talk and listen to you as well. What I like about them the most is that they take them out and about. They take them to places: to outings, lunch, and shopping, and they have some exercise classes. They have devotional things for them. They have crafts for them.
