"Washington Rehabilitation had a very good rating, it was really clean, and I heard a lot of good things about it. Everybody is very good with my mom; she is a difficult person, but they are great with her. Everybody knows her name, they always greet her and talk to her, and she is doing really well there. It’s very clean place, and they even have a library. They have a lady that comes to visit. They have very few places; there’s a place for smokers outside, and another side that’s non-smokers. She was able to plant flowers, and she complains sometimes about the food. "

" I have been here almost 5 years. It was a huge adjustment as I came here when I was 49. Its not easy to keep someone like me busy and entertained but I am. unfortunately transportation to outside activity's is limited to walmart trips only. But the staff is really great. I have never in my life felt more loved and cared for. This place is always clean, well lite. Food is usually something that I can find a option. And I am a very picky eater. I do have to share a small room. Did I say the staff is attentive and caring? I believe I am lucky to be here."

"Graceville Health Center seems to be real good. The staff seems to know what they're doing and seems to be very helpful. They have something scheduled just about every day. They have bingo and games and stuff like that. My wife is sharing a room, but it seems to be very comfortable. Communication with the community is pretty good. It's very clean. They got a place outside and a common area."

"Chipola Retirement Center employs some of the best caregiver I have seen. Their friendly and caring staff have given my family peace of mind knowing that our mother is being looked after. "

"I went to Signature Courtyard (Signature HealthCare at The Courtyard). It was a nice facility. It was clean, and the people were friendly. The rooms were very nice, and they have bathrooms. Their food was OK -- like hospital food. The grounds were very nice. They had activities like Church sessions, bingo, and different things like that. The facility probably needed a little bit of upgrading. "

"The caregivers at this facility are absolutely amazing. They treat my uncle like he is own of their own family members. They continue to advise me on any medical care that is needed or if my uncle is just have a bad day. My uncle can be very verbal and sometimes downright mean. However, these caregivers treat him with the utmost respect and care. I remember one time he was having a fit and swinging his arms. He accidently hit one of the caregivers. She spoke softly and kind to him the entire time. She was awesome. Even when I apologized for his behavior, she told me not to worry about it. She stated my uncle has his bad days but his good ones outweigh them. Such compassion. They continue to care for my uncle and ensure that he has social time with many of his friends that have also made their home there. I know that my uncle is in capable hands at Hartford Health Care and I am extremely grateful for their service and care. "
