I was here when my parents signed the lease. You can feel that their staff cares about the people who are living there, and to me, that's a big deal. And you can see how the people interact with the staff, too, which means that on both sides there's a level of caring of the staff, but there's also the level of caring of the patients for the staff. We sat with one of the residents there, and we had a lovely lunch with them. I had my sister from New Hampshire with me as well, and the food was very good. The staff serving was great, and you can see that everybody was enjoying each other's company and enjoying the food as well. As we were going there, they were putting together a whole party for people who are 99 and up. It's just something extra special that they do. And the way they had it decorated for the party was just perfect. The decor is not modern. It has a cozier/traditional type of feel to the building, and that's what I was looking for from my parents. For me, the connection was all there. My parents are 90 and going to be 92, so it has to feel homey to them. The sizes and layout of the rooms are perfect. My parents are going into a one-bedroom. The facility and the way the room is set up is perfect for elderly people. They have everything that they need and safe the way that they need it.

It was clean. The residents we saw there was the type of people that we would like to associate with. They had everything that I would want and it was close enough that we could still have our doctors. I saw a sample menu and spoke to the chef and it seemed like they had plenty of options and healthy things. It would have been nice if they had a little bit more kitchen area, but they have food provided and you could do your own little snacks and odds and ends there. So it's not that bad. There's a pool and a courtyard. I liked that they allow small pets. That makes me very happy. The lady was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with her and that was the final thing that sold me on the place. It's just lovely.

The staff here are amazing. They are continually dialed-in to the very specific needs of each resident. This is no easy task! The needs are complex and almost constantly changing. We appreciate the efforts of Felicia, Monique, Lisa and the entire staff. Every aspect of our Mother’s day is carefully considered and coordinated. We depend on regular communication and that is always provided. The team here is strong and caring and capable. This is a beautiful facility and the food is great, but the real treasure is the staff! Thank you!

Just moved my 92yr old father in, the staff was more than helpful, willing, polite and extremely friendly, the move was effortless, The residents kept coming over to introduce themselves and help him around. I have no doubts he will do well. I’ll keep this place in mind when it’s my turn!!
