My father is currently there and the facility is the most disgusting place I have ever seen, the floor was sticky the patients were unattended for, there were cats roaming the hallways, patients were getting dressed with the door open my son was across the hall to see hes grappa and could of seen it, thank God his head was turned,

Watrous is an often overlooked facility along the shoreline and it shouldn't be. It might not be brand-new or even recently redecorated, but the staff is truly caring and the patients really do receive excellent care. There is a great sense of the staff working together as "team players" in caring for the patients. I would recommend Watrous for both short-term and long-term care.
