In line with the mission of Vivage Quality Health Partners, the focus of the Legacy Memory Care Program is on providing the highest quality of life for residents and creating an environment wherein residents can grow and thrive. Our beautifully renovated neighborhood is cozy and comfortable, capable of caring for 18 individuals. We offer care for all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia with compassionate, specially-trained staff members.
