Westborough Royale was very well kept. The building was nice and clean and decorated very nicely. The wallpaper and the woodwork and everything all looked very nice. It had 2 large living rooms that I liked that one could relax in. The rooms for the residents were a bit larger and their prices were a bit lower. They had a very nice dining room, and every unit either had a patio or a balcony, which I thought was a pretty nice feature. The staff was very nice and the administrator was very nice and wanted to know a lot of little details so they could address my concerns. They did very well. I saw a lot of people wandering around enjoying the facility. I saw some people playing some kind of game in one of the living rooms. The living rooms were not crowded, because I guess people stay in their rooms a lot or something. I saw the menu and they were very thorough, and they looked like good and healthy meals.

Westborough Royale is excellent. They're very attentive and very thorough. I've eaten there a few times and the food was very good. There is always something going on when I'm there to visit mom. They do parties, bingo, blackjack, and movies. They keep them very busy. They have a beauty salon and my mom's getting her nails done tomorrow (a lady comes in and does everyone's nails). The rooms are very clean and nice. They're big and airy with nice big windows in each room. The price is very reasonable.

My mom was at Westborough Royale for four months. They were very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the residents. They knew exactly who my mom was, they knew exactly what her schedule was, and they were really on top of it. She was in a large room, which was extremely spacious. Activity was a challenge because it was during COVID, and a lot of the residents had to stay in their rooms. However, when they opened, what she loved the best was when she played bingo, and for every holiday, whether it was Chinese New Year or St. Patrick's Day, they were festive, and they gave her a candy cane or something, which she really liked, and that really lifted up her spirit. I felt like a lot of people there were very caring and tried to uplift her spirit. They had really beautiful rooms and an outdoor seating patio, which they weren't able to use all the time because of COVID, but it was a pretty garden area. This place was probably more reasonable.

I loved Westborough Royale as they had lots of entertainment and lots of things to do like games and parties during the holidays. It was really good. The rooms all had their own bathroom. The meals were fine, they had little parties at meal time, and they had some guy singing. I really liked it. It was also secure and safe.

My grandmother and grandfather both lived in this facility. They were able to live in separate rooms that were right next to each other. They have many activities that my grandparents enjoyed. There was a bus service to Church as often as Church was occurring and they brought religious services to the facility for those that did not want to travel. The facility had tons of light and didn't smell bad either. I never did eat at the facility but my uncle routinely took his kids there and would eat. He did not complain about the food. The facility also has an outside garden but that is mainly for the family members to utilize, as it is difficult for most of the elderly at this facility to utilize. This facility was very helpful when my grandfather was reaching his last days. They made the move out very easy and not stressful for our family. I would recommend people to send their family members here.
