My mother spent almost a year here before she passed. The staff was great and very nice. The only thing that bothered me was after her passing are family did not get any kind of condolence from them. A simple card would have been a nice. I received condolences from the hospice care facility she was in for only 2 days. I guess its just a business to the owners.

We visited Cliff View Terrace. It was terrible. It was way overpriced. The interaction I had with the people showing me around was not good. The place smelled. I didn't like it at all.
