No progress or evaluation report. Unable to provide what PT given to my sister. Lost important documents at the home. Doctors’ appt not setup until we brought up the issue. My sister condition got worse after being sent there. When got readmitted to hospital, she had bacteria, high BP͏ and glucose. Also facility lost her bag pack with 2 cellphones and doesn’t seem to give a damn about the lost items. My sister fingernails were filled with farces. We wiped her hands on every of our visit. Send your loved ones to this place if they are waiting to die. They definitely do not take good care of stroke patients especially if you are unable to speak. I wouldn’t even recommend anyone at all going there. Most important is how well their residents are treated, not how friendly the staff are!

My dad is at Live Oak Rehab Center, and I like it. We didn’t have any problems with it, but dad didn’t seem to be adjusting his current situation. The staff is nice, but everybody seems to be in a wheelchair and not doing much all day.
