My friend was placed here last year after having surgery.Shortly after she complained about the staff. She was given a shower once in two weeks, her food being pushed where she couldn’t reach it.Personal items being stolen, her food being dropped on the floor and still served to her,not being changed for 12 hours, called out of her name and etc. She wants to leave to either go home or put on another floor. Can someone contact me so I can get her the proper help.Thank you

I visited my grandfather while he stayed here a few weeks. The place is quite lifeless and depressing besides the night security guard who is a solid man. The staff does their job but that is about it. I understand it is difficult to be upbeat and motivated for a job like their's but the effort just is not there. My grandfather even mentioned he saw staff members stealing belongings and money from patients who are incapable of being aware. Lastly, he also mentioned the food was horrible; it was so bad he had to drink plain milk instead. I don't want to grow old...

My Mom was a patient here for 2 mos. last year. It was evident early on that the care Mom received was sub par. The facility seemed understaffed and overworked. Everyday I showed, there were problems of neglect not only with Mom but seemingly with the adjoining patient. When Mom was transferred back to the hosp.; her personal items couldn't be found the next day. Staff wasn't able to track down her items, and I had to return 2 more times to finally get her belongings. I think the facility was way over their head in responsibility and consequently had a difficult time managing the operation.
