We were very pleased with City View Manor. They were very caring and took good care of my mother-in-law. It was a nice place and her room had a lovely view. It was neat and clean, and the caregivers were very kind.

City View Manor is a total nightmare! They were rude, dishonest and stingy with the items that they were suppose to supply to their residents. The photos on this website are not of City View Manor! The house is barely furnished and the rooms are not Suites! They are way to small for 2 people and they keep the house dark and they serve cheap food! They do not have any healthy activities or social events! They seemed to encourage everyone to stay in their beds and to keep to themselves! It was a very depressed environment among the residents! No happiness. Check their past history, they have been investigated and written up for numerous complaints ! I felt so sorry for all the residents that lived there ,they seemed so lonely and afraid because of the strict unbelievable house rules . This was not a assisted living residence , it was more like a cold ,lonely convalescent institution ! i will never consider a assisted living residence like City View Manor on Cayuse again ,it has scarred my family for life!
