I thought Valley View Retirement Center was a very nice facility. I also thought that it was well kept. The staff was polite. They had good relationship and coordination between the staff members and their patients. I thought it was a nice environment. Their rooms were clean and easily accessible. The lighting was good. They were very nice, orderly kept, sufficient and well laid-out.

My friend had been in Valley View Retirement Center. They never gave him enough food. The staff was friendly. I didn't like the facility so much. They should improve the food. They have limited activities. They're more expensive than the other place I went to. The location is bad, and it's not the best neighborhood.
