Daily walk on our 2.5 acres, chair fitness, stretching, physical and mental games. PLC staff also required to sit and engage each resident everyday and listen to whatever they wish to talk about.

Assessment is done as a team. Caregiver look out for changes in condition and report to proper authority. There is also and assessment annually, and upon patient return to house after an extended stay away.
