I visited the Northridge Valley Senior Living's memory care for my friend. It has big rooms, and everything was terrific. I think they have a very limited menu, but everything else was top-notch. It's very clean and smells good. The residents were also really happy, and that was really obvious. They have lots of activities going on, and really good pricing. They do everything from art to music. They also have physical therapy-type of activities, like hand-eye coordination ones. Their staff-to-patient ratio is really good, too. They have 80 residents total, 40 in memory care, and 40 in assisted living. It's a really great place, and parking is really good. The director is also terrific. He's a really good guy.

My mom moved into Northridge Valley Senior Living. Her apartment is adequate. It has a window and a sliding door, but it's locked. It's a dorm room, but it was clean. The layout is fine. It has a closet with doors and a bathroom. Then, there's room for a hospital bed when it arrives, but she likes to sleep in her recliner, so it's unimportant. It's pretty roomy. It's an older building, but very nicely kept and well-tended. Everything was in good condition. I liked the cheerfulness of the staff when they had the group together for the sing-along. They were very enthusiastic, clapping, leading the residents, and singing. It was a happy place. I saw food being given to people. It seemed that they were very careful to meet the needs of those who had difficulty chewing. It seemed attractive to me, and I think the staff there is very good. They seem very nice, loving, and helpful people. They helped Mom when she was very angry at first. She had trouble transitioning, and they dealt with her very well. They had a lot of experience, and she seemed happier. They've been good at communicating any needs or things that have happened. They contacted me immediately.

My grandmother moved into Northridge Valley Senior Living. We chose them because she's more active, and they have more activities to do. Her apartment is like a studio. They have gardening, activities, and entertainment. It's good and clean.

It was on lockdown, but there was a nice, open space for them to be outside. It looked nice and clean. The staff members that I talked to were very helpful and showed me around in different areas. It was a good tour. I saw only one empty room and it was spacious and it had a bathroom. It was very utilitarian and it was good. It was a shared type of room. I didn't get a chance to see any private ones. The dining area was empty because they were on lockdown, but it was big and it overlooks the patio and it was kind of nice. They have a salon for maybe three people that would be getting their hair done. The place looked welcoming, but they were on lockdown so it was hard to see.

Couldn't be happier w the professionalism and caring of the staff. As a long distance caregiver for my 89 yr old mother, I found every one to go above and beyond being helpful. My mom needed to be transferred from another senior living facility after her dementia needed closer attention. Surprisingly she was very pleased w her new surroundings and the attention she was given. The staff became long distance friends who would keep me informed of her antics. I will be forever grateful!

My grandparents just moved here from another community and I can already tell how much happier they are. They are more engaged and the communication my family has received has been wonderful. We are so happy with how it is going.
