My wife moved to MD Premier Luxury Senior Home. I'm very satisfied with the facility. I'm very satisfied with the care that she's getting, and the environment, and she's been treated very well. I see it every day. The staff is very kind to her. It's a practically new building. The facility is excellent. I have no complaints. It was a very clean and very comfortable environment. The food is prepared from scratch daily, three times a day. They gave me some of that and it was delicious. The only stimulus that she's capable of is television, and when the weather gets better they're going to take her for a little walk around the perimeter of the building. They don't have any games they play or anything of that nature. They give her what she's capable of doing. As for the value, that's the best I can afford. They certainly don't have higher facilities with higher rates, and I feel quite comfortable with the fees

No where can compare to the quality of care this home brings to the patients. They are warm and loving people who treat us like family. This home is sparkling clean!

My mother is in MD Premier Luxury Senior Home. It is a smaller space and for a while, she was the only person in there. Then another person moved in just recently and a third person is scheduled to come in this week. It is a little hard to tell; for the first couple of weeks, she's the only person in there. It is hard to rate how they're going to handle things once it fills up because it is a maximum of 6 people. I have nothing but good things to say about them. It is a beautiful facility, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff really cares about my mom and bend over backward to accommodate her. I just don't have anything negative to say about them. It is about as high end as you can get. It is in a residential area and they're right at the end of a cul-de-sac near the last home and it looks like they have pretty much the whole area. It is just nice. There is a huge gazebo that has couches and chairs and a fan and even on hot days when we're out there busy with my mom, it is still reasonable, even in the afternoon. They have a big barbecue area and rose gardens. They seem to have really good food; they even sent me pictures of the meals that she's had. It is hard when you are dealing with that much money. Do you ever get the value? It just seems like a shock as to what you have to pay. But I would say, considering the prices you have to pay, it is comparable. She is in a single room and she shares a bath. She has a doorway into the bathroom but then there is another room on the other side of the bathroom that they have access to. The family is a Romanian family, and they owned a chain of assisted living places in Romania and their son lives in the other half of the facility where the residential home is. He is there all the time and the caretakers have been living there so there is a lot of staff onsite all the time.
