"Harvest Home has only eight rooms, so it's more of a family environment. Mom's been in there for a couple of months now and she loves it there. Everybody's friendly and right there for you. She's like part of the family there. She was all by herself before, but they got her involve in activities. "

"The rooms are adequate. The food is awful. There are no activities. There are no housekeepers. I couldn't get help with anything. They constantly messed up my medications and towards the end of my stay they didn't have my medications. Some staff were nice, most were abusive. Glad I left"

"It was a clean place. The staff was real good, but it's just that they didn't have what we were looking for, which was a two-bedroom apartment. What they could offer us was, you have to go out to the hall to get to the second room, and my husband and I didn't like that idea. It's a nice area, but it was just a little far away from what we wanted to be, and that was another problem."

"The residents seem to be happy and taken care of. Lots of activities and the man who runs them is so caring. The recent visit from the Elvis impersonator was a fun and unique event too. We made a good choice to have mom move in. "

"It is wonderful. It's like we died and went to heaven. I highly recommend them. They have hired very caring people. All staff members are professional and hardworking people. They are excellent. Mom has a studio with everything in it and a bathroom. They have lots of great activities. They do cooking, bus trips, and musicians coming in. They have this thing where they earn money when they do activities and then they can use that money to buy things at their general store, which I find kind of neat. They exercise five days a week every morning. They have a beauty parlor. The place is beautifully located in a woodsy area, so the dining area opens up to trees that change colors, which is beautiful. They have a little patio just outside the dining room. I toured the place three times, and I'm just always impressed every time."

"My mother is in memory care at Magnolia Meadows. It was better than I was expecting it to be. It's very clean and a nice size. There aren't too many residents, but more than a handful. The director is very forward about everything. The apartment is an adequate size for a queen-size bed, a reclining chair, and some other items and it also has its own private half bathroom. The staff members are not overly friendly, but that might just be because we don't know them yet. They provide three meals a day, they provide her with transportation when she needs to go places, and they do her laundry. They have movies at night and cards and things like that once in a while. They have a personal chef who's there to make three meals a day and he's there five days a week, so he provides the meals right away right there homemade. He makes extra meals so that they can heat them on the weekends when he is not there. It's a very homey feeling dining room."

"We're very happy with Angels Touch Assisted Living. I like that the staff, nurses, and CNAs are all very helpful, friendly, caring, and would tell you what's going on. My aunt's room is very nice. We brought in our own blankets, furniture, and whatever we wanted like a TV. It's very homey. The outdoor spaces are also very nice. They have a patio where we were able to visit with her, and we can also visit by the window; they are all really accessible. She likes the food, and she says it's good. Because of COVID, some of the things that they normally do they're not doing, but she still gets to interact with other residents, so that's good. This is a thousand times better than her previous facility. The value for the money is pretty good."

"This is a wonderful assisted living/nursing home type place where you have your own private room, eat as a group with very good food, and entertainment is always offered for you. They will allow you to stay with hospice. My uncle lived there til dying not to long ago. Excellent care. We are blessed to have this in our community. "

"My uncle is in Abridge Care Cottages of Chilton. It has been a pretty good experience. They always call and let me know how he's doing. I think the care has been relatively pretty good. The cooking is good. I have been there several times when he's eating. His room is just basically one room with a bathroom, but it's a good size room. He's got room for a full-size bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a standard recliner, and a bench. The staff has been friendly with me. They've been good. If I ask any questions, they're always willing to assist or advise. They have a dining area. They have an activity area. They do have a large outdoor area that is gated, where nobody can wander off. They do rehabilitation and exercises. As far as an activity, I know he participates in bingo. They do drawings at times and a little bit of art stuff."

"Our experience at Field of Dreams has been very positive, and they're very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, and the dining room is family-style with small tables. She gets exercises every day and does social activities, church services, and a variety of activities. We're very happy with it and don't have any concerns at all. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. "

"The rooms at Brillion West Haven were nice and roomy for couples. The overall appearance was good. They had a barbershop, pastors, and activities to do all the time. It was great."
