Wisteria Haus is a 17-bed assisted living facility where the average age of our residents is 89 years old. Most of our residents enjoy playing games such as Bingo, Trivia, Uno, and cards.
What programs or activities does Wisteria Haus offer to enrich residents' well-being?
We enrich our residents on a spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional level with various activities. Spiritually We offer both Catholic and Lutheran church services for residents to keep their faith strong. Physically Gardening is very popular for our residents and we have raised garden beds to make this an enjoyable activity for them as well as exercise classes. Mentally We engage resident with crafts, musical entertainment, and games to keep their brains sharp. Emotionally We have therapy dogs come in to spend time with our residents.

Our chef works diligently to keep our menu fresh and pleasing to our residents while making the vast majority of our meals from scratch. Nothing beats those delicious baking smells as you walk in the front door.

To keep our residents safe, all of our doors are locked from the outside and are alarmed.

To keep our families informed and up to date on their loved ones we make frequent calls and emails as well as sending out monthly flyers.
