"My experience with Christ the King Manor was always a positive one. My family always seemed to be happy every time I visited. The most important thing for me when visiting family in a nursing home is that they are being properly cared for and that they are enjoying their time there. At Christ the King Manor, it seemed that my family always had activities to fill their days, and a lot of interaction with nurses and other residents to keep their days interesting. The nursing and healthcare staff there was pleasant and helpful, and very friendly with the residents, always treating them kindly and helping them with anything, big or small. Anything we requested or that my family members requested was always provided for us, and we never have had any issues with special requests. Overall, I would greatly recommend Christ the King Manor to anyone thinking of assisted living or nursing home needs. "

"Olivia Village Assisted Living Residence is a very small and family-owned community. They made you feel like you're a person, not a number. My dad is in a private room, but they also have shared rooms to offer. They can go outside for walks, have bingo nights, a therapist and a doctor that comes in, a cafeteria area, and several different TV rooms. Plus, you can have a TV in your own room. It's laid out the same as everybody else. There's a long hallway with rooms off each side and the dining area. Then there are a couple of different community rooms. The staff is very good. My dad's been satisfied with the food as well."

"I would highly recommend Epworth Manor Personal Care I moved my father to Epworth 5 months ago. I am very happy with the care he receives. The entire staff are excellent caregivers, They are very professional warm, kind and very friendly. They make the residents fee like family. They always take the time to listen and give that extra personal touch. My father feels comfortable, safe, happy and well cared for. They keep me informed of any changes or concerns and they always answer any questions I might have. If a family member, friend or you need personal care you need to visit Epworth Manor."

"The staff here are second to none. They treat the residents like family and really go the extra mile. The food is great and the dining area cozy. There was a recent remodel of some of the common areas and it is modern and light and cheerful. The rooms are nice and the place is well kept and clean. The pricing is quite reasonable as I was shopping around in the area to find the best place for a loved one. A hidden gem for sure!"

"The Nursing home I had visited was very homie, I felt comfortable like I was at my grandparents house again. Everyone was very nice and the nurses seemed very caring and welcoming and i think that is amazing because a lot of personal care homes and even hospitals do not feel like that and the employies are that happy to be doing what they are doing, they clearly love what they are doing and they do a great job! "This facility has a lot of caring people who are employed there. I have always enjoyed my visits here. The staff is friendly are there are always several activities for the residents to engage in. The room my family member is staying in is always neat and clean and if he needs anything at all they are always quick to assist him with whatever he is asking for. The food is always on time and prepared in a way that he enjoys it. The residents all are made to feel like they are part of the family. If assistance is ever needed, the staff are very quick to respond to any requests that are made. They are always activities available and plenty of social time. My favorite time of the day is early in the morning when the facility is very busy and the staff always have a smile on their faces and are willing to engage with the residents. My Uncle has been in a couple different assisted living locations and this is our favorite because of the friendly staff. "

"We will not be moving my father-in-law from Haida Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center because it's just too convenient for the family. They give us medical attention, as well as the personal care. They're very caring towards their patients. They do what's necessary for their well-being. They keep the family informed. The physical condition of the facility is good. There are places where they allow the people to sit with their loved ones. My father-in-law has been in both semiprivate and private rooms. The rooms are nice, and they can bring in whatever they need to for his care. He is not able to do activities. I know they have activities there. We were looking into them at the beginning, but he went downhill so quick. He's not able to do any activities. They're taking good care of my father-in-law. With everything, there is always room for improvement; everything I have seen has been up-to-date. The staff members have been keeping us updated. Any time my husband called with questions, they either answer him right then or get back to him within an hour. The staff is good too."

"It was a really nice place! My grandpa loved being there and loved the people, they where all so nice and understanding there are so many things for them to do there every evening and very good means witch is very important when your trying to make a family member comfortable somewhere that isnt home. It was very clean and organized, everyone was very respectful and the people there where so nice! "

"I had a very good experience at Silver Creek Terrace when I went there for a visit. I met with the manager who is also a nurse and spent about an hour touring me around the facility. We sat down, and she told me about the cost and the services. She was very open and very direct. The rooms were very attractive, and there's a lot of greenery around the facility. The place is also spotlessly clean. The people that work there are very prepped to serve the residents. I also saw residents interacting with each other. "

"We visited Arotin's Hummingbird Estate. It's kind of new. I loved it. The owner worked at a different place that was quite large, and she wanted to have a smaller place where she could hire the people and make sure that the residents were well taken care of. So there were only 13 people there when we were at Arotin's Hummingbird Estate. It was quiet. In the vicinity where it is, you could look out the window and see train tracks, or you could look out another window and see the trees. It's just a lovely place. And everybody was so friendly. No matter who came out of their rooms and saw us sitting, they would say, 'If you're coming here, you're coming to the best place. It's wonderful here. The food is delicious. We're well taken care of.' The place is so beautiful, and the rooms are so spacious, that I can't get over it. They have private rooms and semi-private rooms."
