"Circle of Hope is a very nice facility. I stayed just a few blocks from this location while I was in Jacksonville last summer. They had a very nice team of staff members, that were more than willing to do anything to help my client out whenever she needed anything. The only thing that wasn't so good about the facility was the area that it was located in. Although it was convenient and outside of downtown Jacksonville, the elderly had to be accompanied outside because it isn't in the best of neighborhoods. Otherwise, the facility was well-taken care of and looked very clean on the inside. My client had no complaints whatsoever, which is the important part. "
