Life Care Center Hilliard is a lovely place and a hidden gem in North Florida. My husband has lived there for almost a year and we are both very pleased with this facility. The grounds provide many beautiful vistas for the residents to look out at with colorful plants and flowers. The staff is wonderful, from the Administrative staff to the CNA's, and everyone in between, are always very pleasant and helpful. There are many activities provided throughout the week for the residents who are interested. The rooms are a comfortable size for two people, as well as some private rooms. I just can't say enough kind things about this place. I am completely at peace with my husband there. Anytime there are changes made, or anything that I might want to know, they always call me. Even though it is a fairly large facility, it has a warm and peaceful family atmosphere.

My aunt is at Life Care Center of Hilliard occupying a single room. They have art projects, entertainment coming in, and people coming in to do some projects with the residents. The staff seems pretty friendly, and they seem to take good care of their residents. The facility is nice, and they have a patio where the residents can sit outside.

I visited a friend who lived in the Life Care Center of Hilliard recently. If I had to be in a nursing home, I would want to be there, because of the way the caregivers interacted with the residents. They'll do anything for them. It's beautifully decorated and in a nice area of town. Everything is local. They take the residents out on walks about three to four blocks daily. It was really nice because I know nobody wants to stay in a nursing home every day, all day, so they usually make sure that you go out. They even go on field trips too. Their rooms were very huge and they also had two beds, a big bath, and it was very nicely decorated. Each resident had their own closet space. Their food was also delicious. It tasted more like a catered meal, but it was actually prepared on site. They played bingo, kickball, musical cues, badminton chairs, pass the ball, and even exercised with them.

These guys are amazing. They have took care of my Grandmother for over 5 years. The building is always clean and smells good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And I feel like they have done a awesome job during the Covid Pandemic.. Love this Life Care of Hillard crew.

My friend was in Life Care Center for rehab. They were very good to her there, but it was more of a hospital atmosphere where she shared a room. It was good; there was very good therapy. They do have private rooms, but she was in a semi-private. They had some basic activities. I don’t think they had as many as where she is now because it was more of a medical setting. Medicare paid for her stay in this nursing home.

I just moved my mother to Life Care Center. We chose this facility because it's a little closer to us and it's in the state. I've talked some patients there and they seemed to have a good feedback about the facility and they liked it there. We like everything there. The staff are all professional. Her room is nice. The food there is excellent and my mother likes it.
