"We moved mom into The Bungalows at Jonesboro. It's excellent. The staff is very accommodating. We were rushed in getting her moved in and they all went out of their way to help us accomplish that. Her room is perfect. Maintenance and upkeep are excellent. They do all of her favorites. They play bingo, Wii bowling, all kinds of games, board games, and exercise classes. She is very satisfied with the food. The dining area is very nice and pleasant. She enjoys the company of eating with friends."

"St. Bernards Villa is a gated area. No one can go in without being checked out, so you can't just pop in and be there. My sister-in-law has been there for three months now. She has an area for a couch, a TV, a bedroom, and the bathroom is very handicap accessible. There is a door that goes out into a private patio where she can walk or sit. They have activities in the morning and in the afternoon. They have wonderful meals. It is a really wonderful place."

"My great-grandmother was at this assisted living home until she had to be placed in a nursing home. It is very clean, welcoming and the staff go out of their way to make the transition as easy as possible. They make sure to have daily activities, parties at holidays and provide social interaction that helper her until the dementia took over. They worked with her on motor skills and always greeted her and us visiting family by name which is a very nice touch when handing your loved one over to their care. M great grandmother was blessed for being able to live the two years here that she did. We can definatly see a sharp decline in her since she had to go to a nursing home. But will forever have the happy memories sunshine manor gave to us i the last of her years out of the dementia darkness. "

"My mom is at the Chateau On The Ridge for more than a year now. It's a place you do not worry about your parents being, it's wonderful. One of the things that mother says a lot is that they care about you, you can tell. She feels like they love her there, they check on her and they're just very attentive. It's a really good place to be. They have a lot of activities for the senior citizens, they just do all kinds of activities, and every holiday they'll have some type of craft. They're doing crafts all the time with them, or if you want you can do puzzles. They've got a room and it's just dedicated to the crafts, and even if they don't have an organized craft at that point, you can still go in there and build stuff up. They have tons of activities. The food is excellent. It's not like a cafeteria, they have Southern cooks there and they do a good job. They have multiple places where there are books or multiple libraries, and it's really neat because they can do little puzzles. They get one puzzle a day, and if you turn that puzzle in, you get some sort of money in your account that you can use to buy gum at the store and other neat things that older people like."
