I toured Brookdale Trail Ridge's memory care, and I liked it. I liked all the games and how they had everything set up. It was set up nicely, and it looks like you're in your own apartment. I liked the food menu and all the things that they offer. The people who live there are also very nice. I was able to taste their food, I had cake and lasagna, and they were very nice. They had a library-type of setup, but they didn't have a gym or anything like that.

My mother moved into Brookdale Trail Ridge. She was able to have a private room, and the appearance of the facility was wonderful. It’s a beautiful facility, the staff is very good, very helpful, and understanding. They have games, entertainment, they have an activities director, and she’s been very good drawing my mother out of her room. It was cheaper than a lot of the places we looked at.

Brookdale Trail Ridge has dementia or Alzheimer's care, which is what my mother needs. Their setup was really good. There were a lot of people to interact with and were very sociable like my mother. They had a lot more space to roam around. They had bingo, arts and crafts, and they bring in musical people. Everybody has a private room except 2 shared rooms. They got 54 residents; There are two double rooms, and all the other rest are single rooms. They get 3 very good meals a day.

My husband is at Brookdale Trail Ridge. The place appealed to me because the layout is user-friendly for the people who live there. His room is just the right size for him, and I like that it has a private bath.

Brookdale Trail Ridge would have been my first choice, but they were full. It appeared very clean, and the residents seemed happy and content. The dining area looked sufficient.
