The rooms are only cleaned once a week. They overcharged my mother and receptionist takes messages for GM and bookkeeper but tgey NEVER return your call and ate NEVER available. Have been waiting over 2 months for my mother's refund after numerous weekly calls. This place is the worst!

From the moment I arrived everyone her has been very accommodating. Grim the director right on down the chain. I was well taken care of. My gosh when I got her in a wheelchair was to push my wheelchair out of her. With the help and brutal physical rehab I received I will do just that. I made a lot of friends while here. I drive them all crazy because I'm somewhat of a comedian and little kid in an old man's body I would recommend this place to my old friends. Thank you very much for pushing me to keep on trying. They ask did their jobs tomorrow I will pick my wheelchair out of here with a smile on my face and some of the silverware I stoled. Jk Thanks Mountain View for all you do May the bird of paradise not poop on any of your cars. 🙏😛♥️

This place is a dump! Don't bring your loved ones to this place. They totally neglected my family member. We went to see her and she was dirty with urine and feces! Who knows how long she had been this way!!! She also had not been out of bed all morning. The staff never even acknowledged us unless we went to them. Bathroom and the room are way too small. I was very upset of her living conditions and if I could I would've wheeled her out of that horrible wretched place!!!

I had my mother at Mountain View Manor nursing home. She was only there for a little while, and it was good. They treated her very well. It was an adequate facility. The staff was nice. We were able to go inside and eat with her at that time, and the food was OK.

Stay away from this place. Caregivers do not answer call lights, patients who need to be transferred to and from toilets can wait for one half hours for someone to help them. Too many complaints for poor service.

BEWARE!!! Sub standard care food facility and administrators Refused water and food to patient failed to chart and keep medical records. Left to lay in urine and fiesies. Refused to respond to call light refused to give medication. Patient was moved to different facility after numerous complaints to administration and nursing staff
