We're using Visiting Angels mostly for companionship and they take mom to her appointments. All the caregivers are very pleasant, nice and trustworthy. I don't have any concerns about them being in the house alone with her. They're good to her, they pay attention to her, and they do whatever she needs. I'm pretty satisfied with it. The agency always gets you somebody if somebody has called in sick or something happened. I have never been without care.

It took Visiting Angels quite a while to find me good match but it was worth it. We're really good friends now and I've been keeping her as my caregiver for eight years. She's an excellent caregiver so I do not want to lose her. I like her real well. She's responsive to my needs and she wants to stay with me. Isn't it wonderful? She does her job, comes in on time and I never have to worry when she does my shift. She doesn't do all my hours though but I just don't like the other caregivers. This one that I have is like a best friend and a sister. The both of us even like watching wrestling together. I'm really contented with her service. I just wish she could do me more hours. She takes care of me really really well and I'm really happy!
