Our family had a wonderful experience with Touchmark Home Care exactly when we needed moral support during difficult times. Raelene was very attentive, provided guidance and helped us identify the steps to take to provide a good care for Dad. Touchmark home caregivers - Rebecca, Jonnie, Vonna and Diane - were all attentive to dad's needs, provided companionship and made him feel at ease. They were always on time, cooked meals for him, reminded to take medicine, and did the house chores as Dad requested. Dad is moving out from his house to live with his son now, so we we no longer need Touchmark services, but we do highly recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone who is looking for in-home care. We used Touchmark Home Care for about 6 months.

Everything's fine with Touchmark. They're very responsive especially when I call them when I have concerns. I have a girl right now who's been here for quite some time. She gets things done for me. She helps with cleaning, laundry and some stuff around the house. She's really good.

Touchmark Health Services staff is terrific. I have not had any problems at all with with any of them. Their employees as a whole are really excellent. I have great experiences with their housekeeping, homecare, and maintenance. If I have a problem or something, they always come around. I have been using Touchmark for 10 years now.

We hired Touchmark Caregivers for home care for 4 years for my Mom. Wendy took careful attention in matching up a caregiver that would be perfect fit for Mom. Can't say enough good as to the care my Mom received, loved our caregivers, felt very comfortable having them in our home. We also used the in house facility for over a month when my husband and I went on a trip, Mom was in respite care and I felt very good about how they took care of my Mother while we were away.

Touchmark home care is probably the best I have seen. I have dealt with others when we took care of my mother with Alzheimer's at home. My dear friend who is 97 has Touchmark home care and they are absolutely wonderful. The supervisor Wendy is so great, she and her staff treat her like she is part of their family, which is so important not only to the ones they are caring for but for their family. They are truly caring and yet still very professional, which is sometimes very hard to do. I would recommend them to anyone and wish I had knew of them for my mom.

Touchmark Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy was excellent in my recovery after a spinal cord injury. The clinicians were professional, compassionate and skilled. The administrative staff was very helpful when dealing with insurance issues, and scheduling appointments were easy. I felt very well cared for at Touchmark from every aspect of my care.

I have been a client for over two years and I have the service to be consistently good. The caregivers consistently arrive on time and each one has quickly learned the routine for my care. The caregivers are friendly and capable of proving a wide range of assistance with dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and house cleaning, I look forward to each of their visits not just for the assistance they provide but their companionship as well.

Overall I have been very satisfied with Touchmark Home Care and I have used Touchmark for over 8 years. Any problems have been worked through. Getting through to the supervisor has never been a problem even if I had a need on the weekend.

Thanks to Touchmark Home Care, we were able to keep our mother in the environment in which she was most comfortable as she declined with Alzheimers Disease. Within a couple weeks of working with them, we were able to settle with one care giver doing the bulk of her care that worked well with her and with our family. We were at the end of good options when Touchmark helped us find a compassionate way forward to give the best possible care during a very challenging season in our family's life.
