Serengeti Care provided in-home care for my disabled brother and promised full-time coverage. The agency was not able to provide the coverage necessary and eventually left my family having to temporarily institutionalize my brother. I noticed that not all of the staff were well-trained, nor were they all good communicators. Some confidentiality issues arose and unfortunately those were not addressed by the leadership. Overall, it is always best to be involved in your loved-ones care even if you feel pushed out. The caregivers that were well-qualified and well-trained did a great job!

Excellent and caring service from beginning to end. Placement was quick and very well matched to need. The caregiver worked with my mother in-law for over half a year (until her demise from cancer and dementia) and they became friends. The staff checked in appropriately to determine everything was being handled correctly. I would highly recommend giving Serengeti a chance prior to working with larger firms. The difficulty in this business is finding good caregivers. And the larger a company grows, the more they need to rely on anyone who walks in the door looking for work.

Seregenti was a wonderful support when we needed it most. We had to find care for my parents immediately and they were able to deliver. Everyone we worked with was eager to accommodate my parents’ needs and would respond right away to any requested changes in their plan of care. I needed in home assistance for almost two months due to a bad fall. The service and care provided by the Serengeti aides was excellent. The aides were knowledgeable about helping me with my physical needs and extremely helpful in assisting with tasks around the home. And the office staff was wonderful, working with me to develop a schedule designed me. Should the need arise in the future, Serengeti will be my go to care provider.

Our experience with Serengeti was short but very good. Jeff kept us informed and quickly accommodated any changes our needs required. The aides that came and helped put my Mom at ease. They were helpful in every request made of them and even tried to suggest where they could be even more effective and helpful.

We needed help in performing an in-home procedure for my 93 year old father-in-law. His retirement home put us in contact with Serengeti. From start to finish was very positive. Quick email responses from Jeff, Jeff put us in direct contact with the nurse, Josephine. Josephine took the time to familiarize herself with the new procedure. She is extremely caring and very personable. She was efficient but we never felt rushed. It was a pleasure working with her, my father-in-law was treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole process.
