best care is a great company but you guys have a care coordinator working there I think her name is Lily not sure of her last name. but she is very rude she do not know how to speak or handle a case right I think she need more training

We had somebody from the BestCare Home Care before and the problem was that employee came forty-five minutes late when she was supposed to show up. She would say that she had to go and make a phone call, and then she'd go out to her car and get around. Or she wouldn't have a ride, so she couldn't leave and she'd stay at my mom's house when she wasn't supposed to. And, their billing was not right.
